El Problema:<\/b><\/h6>\n

Como sabemos, la variabilidad en la interpretaci\u00f3n de KI67 puede llevar a diagn\u00f3sticos incoherentes y, por consiguiente, a tratamientos sub\u00f3ptimos o retrasos en la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. El objetivo de este estudio es investigar y cuantificar esta variabilidad, buscando mejorar la estandarizaci\u00f3n y precisi\u00f3n de los resultados.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dise\u00f1o del Estudio:<\/b><\/h6>\n

El estudio constar\u00e1 de dos fases:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Fase 1: Estudio de Interobservabilidad:<\/b> Se les solicitar\u00e1 a cada pat\u00f3logo que analice un conjunto de 25 im\u00e1genes de tejido previamente seleccionadas y categorizadas. La evaluaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 de acuerdo con los criterios est\u00e1ndar establecidos para KI67. La informaci\u00f3n obtenida en esta fase nos permitir\u00e1 analizar la variabilidad inter-observador y establecer una l\u00ednea base para futuras mejoras.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Fase 2: Prueba de Aplicaci\u00f3n de IA:<\/b> Una vez finalizada la Fase 1, se invitar\u00e1 a los pat\u00f3logos a participar en la prueba de una innovadora aplicaci\u00f3n de Inteligencia Artificial desarrollada porDIGPATHO. Esta aplicaci\u00f3n utiliza algoritmos de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n para analizar las im\u00e1genes de tejido y asistir en la evaluaci\u00f3n de KI67. La aplicaci\u00f3n no reemplaza el criterio del pat\u00f3logo, sino que lo complementa y ayuda a incrementar la precisi\u00f3n y la eficacia.<\/span><\/p>\n
